When's the last time you looked at your own pipeline? Was it today? Was it yesterday? Was it last week? Hopefully it's sometime within that range. Here's my question to you, "How often does your manager go through your pipeline with you?"

How often does he or she review the opportunities that you're working on? How often does your leader ask about what your next steps are, ask you about what your last steps were and ask you what the plan is in order to be able to forecast when those deals are going to close?
