We feel like we need more training, more certifications, more degrees, more, more, more to showcase our knowledge.

But let's face it, we're salespeople. We help other people get what they need and what they want. So it's not necessarily about our knowledge. How can we suppress the urge to know it all and get to know our customers and prospects more?
