We have been bombarded with positive messages of growth, pivoting, and emerging stronger than before for the last few months. But sometimes expectations skew what is really going on in front of us.
Today Jeff reminds us that everyone is going through their own struggles and everything isn't fine. It's important to be honest about that and give yourself some grace and some space. We can only move forward stronger if we are real with ourselves and know that we are not alone.
