You are probably seeing a lot more volatility in your sales numbers these days. Trying to read into them too much, is the mistake. Today Jeff plainly says, "Forecasts are out the window."  

It's a fools game to think you can predict any customers actions right now. And also foolish to hold yourself accountable for results you can't control. So don't get bogged down wasting time, energy and resources trying to understand client decisions or on things you can't anticipate. Work harder on the things you can control.
