Sales doesn't have to be hard. Everyone is able to sell something. But it takes the right mindset to open up new opportunities. And Mark reminds us of the importance of listening, and that you have to keep your focus on outcomes, in order to get past the inevitable rejection that is inherent in the sale profession.
