In times of crisis, it’s understandable to think about the things you cannot do, but I think that’s the wrong lens through which to look at things. Worrying about things you cannot control is an unproductive mindset.
Instead of sitting in anger, disappointment, frustration, or fear at the thought of what you cannot do, why not stop and think about whether or not those things are important?
