So much of what we have heard these last few months has been, how to sell right now, how to position yourself to come back stronger, how to be put aside fear in the face of an uncertain marketplace. But some days, you wake up and you just feel down and defeated and in a bad head-space. And that's ok.
This is a no-guest show, so that Jeff and Christie can have a one-on-one discussion about the importance of voicing your feelings when you are stuck or overwhelmed. That it's alright to tell a client that you may not have all the answers right now. That leaders need to show vulnerability and be honest so that their teams can be more open and successful. And most of all being present each day, and use that to take steps forward, no matter how small.
